Injuries resulting from faulty or defectively manufactured or designed products can cause extremely severe injuries. We have handled cases involving table saws, exercise equipment, chairs, escalators and other objects and instrumentalities in common usage. In each case, the product that caused the injury was simply unfit for the use intended or involved risk in its use that are was not properly warned of by the manufacturer and/or seller.
