ART LAW

Jim Greenberg has been an artist and collector for many years and has surrounded himself with artists and others in the art community. He is active in arts organizations and has represented artists and creators in actions ranging from seizure of chattel (paintings wrongfully held by galleries) to royalty and resale right litigation and infringement suits. In addition to conflict resolution, Jim has been involved in artist/gallery relationships in drafting agreements and otherwise assisting with transactions associated with artist representation and exhibition.
